This project corresponds to the paving of an area of platforms of the Kimberly Clark industrial plant, in the city of Cartago, Costa Rica. The pavement was designed for the heavy traffic of trucks in 20 years of lifespan, with a thickness of 11 cm of fiber-reinforced concrete. It was also built on a cement treated base, which was separated with a geotextile layer to avoid problems that may cause rain in the area and to support the optimized geometry slabs.
